7 Healthy Habits (In the morning)

1- Drink a glass of room temperature water, with lemon if possible
2- Turn on music and workout for 15, 20 or 45 minutes, it is all about you and your needs but move in please
3- Let your body breathe with a quick shower
4- Open your windows for a minimum of 30 minutes, let the fresh air comes in
5- Feed your soul and have a proper breakfast with fruits, carbs and calcium
6- Have a minimum of one green plant in each room
7- Plan your day with a maximum of 3 goals in your to do list
