Maamoul is a Lebanese shortbread pastry cookie with a pistachio, walnut or date filling. With Maamoul Mon Amour, perfumer Margaux Le Paih Guérin wanted to highlight the biscuity aspect of maamoul, combined with the creamy, gourmet facet of dates.
